Have a question about Lampada or found a problem? Write to us by email, and check the answers to common questions below.

- your device model, for example iPhone 15 or iPad Air;
- the iOS or iPadOS version;
- the Lampada version, shown at the bottom of Settings → About;
- what happened and what you did just before.
Please do not include prayer text, answers or voice recordings in your message.

Do I need an account?
No. Lampada works without an account or registration. Your prayers, answers and recordings are stored on your device.
How do I report a question or passage?
During prayer, tap the flag icon in the corner of the question or scripture card. You can add an optional comment, then tap Send report.
The report contains the reported text, whether it is a question or a passage, the app’s interface language and your comment, if you write one. Your prayer topic, answers and recordings are not added to it, but a generated question can reflect what you prayed about, so check the text and your comment before sending.
How do voice answers work?
You can answer a question by voice. One recording can be up to 10 minutes long, and it is saved on your device.
A recording is sent for transcription only if you allow Audio transcription; it is then transcribed either by Whisper on company-managed servers or by Google Gemini. Otherwise it stays on your device without a transcript.
Can I see the prayer timer on the Lock Screen?
Yes. When you start a prayer with a chosen duration, the remaining time appears on the Lock Screen and, on iPhones that have it, in the Dynamic Island. A prayer without a time limit shows no timer there.
What does Lampada send, and how do I change it?
Prayer content is sent only for the AI features you allow. You can change each permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → Data for AI. A content report is separate: it is sent only when you tap Send report, whatever your AI permissions. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
